Then, they scan the treatment area with the laser wand, which distributes about one pulse per second. The wand disperses a cooling spray with each pulse. And the laser covers larger surface areas, such as the back, arms, and legs, by casting a wide beam.
Hair grows in stages, and since the laser pulses disable follicles only in their growth stage, complete hair removal requires several treatment sessions.
